I had a surprise root canal on Friday so this is resonating with me. The tooth is now very sensitive so it’s back to the dentist today. I think I will print this and bring along.
I like the little details/touches – like the footstool (as if it would provide some comfort) … and the top hat and cane resting on the chair. Is the hippo a song-and-dance hippo? Hmm.
His is very formal! It is a wonderful scene.

It is still a little like how we feel about going to the dentist! Certainly how I felt about the dentist when I was 5 years old!
