Baby Bunting
Bye, Baby bunting,
Father’s gone a-hunting,
Mother’s gone a-milking,
Sister’s gone a-silking,
And Brother’s gone to buy a skin
To wrap the Baby bunting in.

Lovely image!
Thank you. This is a nicer baby bunting – yesterday’s baby bunting was wearing the rabbit skin his/her father killed. Today father is out and about, but the baby isn’t wearing fur!
I am enjoying your Father’s Day posts! EVERYONE should FOLLOW your blog – interesting, beautifully composed, creative posts!

I wasn’t fishing for compliments, but I’m very pleased for your opinion. 😀
I hadn’t heard this longer version before but it seems to make a little more sense…and EVERYONE’s busy.
Busy and her borther (I think she is a her) goes to kill the rabbit – less repulsive than Friday’s Father’s Day post where the father killed the rabbit and the baby was already wearing the bunny fur – ears and all!
