At The Fair!

The next day the wolf came again, and said to the little pig, “Little pig there is a fair at Shanklin this afternoon; will you go?”

“Oh yes,” said the pig, “I will be glad to go; what time will you be ready?”

  1. So the ‘wolf’ is really a dog, but the ‘pig’ is actually a pig-kid…or kid-pig. It’s like a David Lynch kid’s book. In a good way.

    1. The posture of the pig is unusual – dressed up in his sailor suit he can’t help but look like a kid-pig (in a good or bad way)! Nobody has commented on the stranger-danger man lurking in the shade of the carousel – an old school carney to be sure!

    1. I thought it was a brake or something – I will look again! Takes many eyes to see things sometimes! Thanks. But does he have a lurking look (in addition to being the engine) – I think he is a dark (and in the dark) figure?

    2. Yes, he looks to be pushing, but if he is pushing the ride it would be going the opposite direction. Maybe someone will shed some light on the pushing weirdo.
