What a lovely peaceful scene. The restricted color palette, the cool shades, the horizontals…I have always loved this story – I can hear my grandmother’s voice reading it to me as I think about it…
I like this one too! Well, I really like them all – just some more than others. It is beautifully composed – just as if the shapes were cut out with pleasing curves and put back together to compose the picture – simple but beautiful.
