In front of the royal balcony the elephants were halted by their keeper. Elda and Sidhara gasped with astonishment when, all of a sudden, they saw the three elephants bowing politely before them. How grand they looked!

    1. Yes, “The Adventures of Mollie, Waddy and Tony” Three elephants who get around and go around! Some of their “adventures” are very sad and some kind of triumphant. FYI, Waddy is the name of the big boy, the big man. Mollie is the big female, and Tony is the baby elephant. Do you think there is a subtext?

    1. The whole book is full of this stuff. I love the elephants (naturally). The elephants travel and make small of many people along the author’s way.
